Less Guessing, More Prioritising

Directors citizenship flags allow you to spot foreign directors and prioritise what needs attention first.

We’ve added country flags to director profiles to indicate foreign directors.

If a director isn’t South African, InfoDocs shows the CIPC Foreigner Assurance status: Required / Complete / N/A, so you know straight away where extra verification or filing is needed.

This results in less manual checking, quicker action and fewer surprises at filing time.

Cut Your Admin, Merge Your Certificates

Share Certificate Consolidation keeps your share register clean and easy to manage, without the manual workarounds.

You can now merge multiple active share certificates held by the same shareholder (within the same share class) into one consolidated certificate. InfoDocs generates the new certificate and updates the share register automatically.

The result is neater registers, fewer reconciliation headaches, faster, more accurate filings and saving hours across a busy portfolio.

Company Amendments

The success message after company amendments has been improved to clearly show exactly what was updated. We have improved the company registration process to better support foreign directors.

Annual Filings

Annual Return reminders are now more reliable and statuses clearer, so you can keep your portfolio on track without the stress.

Share Transactions

Foreign shareholders can now use international phone numbers and you can now manually enter a province for foreign share holders when adding their details.

Officer Appointments

Subscription users can now use their own CIPC Customer Code for Member Changes.
