CIPC Customer Codes

Filing with your own CIPC customer code is finally here!

Our most requested feature is finally live! With InfoDocs, you can now file Annual Returns (FAS), Address Changes, Financial Year Changes and more using your own CIPC customer code.

At checkout you can now choose how to pay: select your CIPC customer code (we’ll show its available balance and apply it when funds are sufficient), or pay via card.

This way, you can decide which transactions to link to your CIPC account and under your control.

Product Updates

Skip the queues with a faster, simpler way to verify your ID. 

Some CIPC transactions require a certified (or verified) copy of your ID and getting one can be a hassle. We’ve partnered with Intergreatme to save you time and verify online.

Your verified ID is valid for 3 months and can be used for InfoDocs filings or anywhere else a verified ID is accepted, no more police station queues! Verification is usually quick, though timing can vary (we’re working to speed it up).

A few small changes to make a big difference

Annual Returns and Beneficial Ownership Filings

We've updated the Beneficial Ownership (BO) form to prevent owner details from carrying over incorrectly and expanded foreign location options. 

Director and Member Changes 

When resigning a member or director and appointing their replacement, this can be done all in one transaction. 

Share Transactions

We’ve improved the BO register to support further compliance requirements and updated a button under the Share Classes tab to “Allot New Shares” to better reflect its purpose
