Google Calendar Reminders for Company Registrations means nothing slips through the cracks.
After completing a company registration, you can add a pre-filled Google Calendar reminder directly from the success page.The event is automatically set for 10 days after lodgement and includes the submission details you need.

This ensures required documents are submitted on time, without relying on manual reminders.

Small Changes, Big Impact

• We’ve resolved several bugs in the ‘Add Company’ workflow, including billing options, form requirements, company type matching, and improved in-flow clarity.

• Invitations now include automatic reminders. If an invited user hasn’t accepted, we’ll remind them with an email.

• Company information such as names and addresses will now update automatically as changes occur.

🔒Tiered Verification Access to Private Information

We’ve recently improved our security by adding an additional ID verification step to help protect private company and personal information. It will appear only when someone tries to add or edit private details. For example when adding shareholders or claiming director access.

How this works? Upload an ID → you’ll be set to Level 2.
Verified directors who match company records → get instant add access.
